Mechanical overview
- Bed: The ductile iron structure has high rigidity, is not deformed, has good vibration damping properties, high precision and good stability.
- Beam: cast aluminum alloy, lightweight, ensures acceleration

The bed is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron. After the whole structure is naturally relieved of internal stress, it is precision machined in a single operation using a large machining center. This ensures high rigidity, precision and stability.
Crossbeam cantilever The crossbeam is made of a single piece of cast aluminum alloy, which not only ensures high strength but also reduces the weight of the machine. Reducing the inertia of the whole machine during high-speed operation ensures high acceleration.
