Mechanical overview

Taiwan YYC ultra-high precision rack (UHPP) has a five-level accuracy and can be
perfectly used in laser cutting machines. It can provide rigid support for hardened helical gears and ground helical
gears, making the load drive compact and effectively reducing
starting and excitation torque.
It has the characteristic of equal load in four directions and the function of automatic
self-alignment, which can absorb the
assembly errors of the mounting surface and achieve the high precision requirement.
