Mechanical overview
- HD-BL series grooving machine is the upgraded product of traditional grooving machine.
- Adopting frame structure, high strength bolt connection, good overall rigidity and small deformation.
- The series of crossbeam fixed motion, the workpiece is fed by the rear feeding mechanism, the worktable is made of carbon tooling, high-frequency surface quenching hardness of 55-60HC (ordinary table <30hrC) so that the hardness of the worktable is much greater than the hardness of stainless steel, to solve the problem of the traditional models due to the hardness of the worktable surface is low appearing groove marks phenomenon, to ensure that the worktable flatness of 4 ± 0.02, a complete solution to the problem of the deformation of the worktable surface to reduce the V V groove precision due to the deformation of the table surface, prolonging the service life of the equipment.
- The working table is equipped with a pallet device at the front and rear to prevent the plate section from being scratched during processing.
